A young light wine a little alcohol forward but palatable. I found this delicious light red wine to have a nutty element to the fruitful flavor with a slight bitter aftertaste. I would recommend this for light meals or with cheese and fruit platters. A wonderful understated compliment.

I was fortunate enough to hear about the wine from the winemaker himself. It has some fruit-forward note, but was very mellow with well-rounded tannis. It wasn't overbearing, but would have paired well with a variety of dishes from steak and lamb to a nice red sauce pasta dish. The tobacco flavors were also a lovely element.
