Another #wineschool offering. Also light yellow/straw in color. Intense tropical fruits on the nose. More on the fruity side than acidic.

The first wine in the #wineschool tasting. Light yellow and clear. Crisp and light with a nice amount of acidity and citrus flavors, yet not overwhelming. Easy to drink on it's own.

Delightful, affordable, Italian white from the "boot" of Italy (Puglia). This was the first time that I've tried a Malvasia/ Greco di Tufo blend. It offered terrific minerality, very food friendly acidity, (perfect with A16 Restaurant's signature squid ink pasta, arugula salad, & roast chicken). and a round mouthfeel.
