One of California's finest Cabernet Francs. Velvety and lushlike the best Sonoma County reds, with a very subtle grilled green vegetable note on the nose to remind that it's a Cab Franc. Coffee and dark chocolate notes peek through from the Cabernet Sauvignon.Absolutely delicious.

So I'm not normally a merlot drinker, but I definitely enjoyed this one. Drank it with my wife, siter and brother-in-law and everyone said they enjoyed it. It tasted nice and fruity, but it had a softer feel than what we normally think of with Merlots.

Color: A pretty dark purple
Nose: Strawberry bursts on the nose, with some fresh, woody scents following, cotton, medicine, cedar come subtly behind it with a strong finish of cherry candy.
Taste & Palette: Dry and tannin-laced, but full-bodied and fruity. Cherries and Blackberries are the most prominent flavors, with hints of apple. Delicate, delicate flavor—you have to pay attention. Light chocolate and spice in the attack, but gone by the finish, which is short in terms of flavor, but long in feel.

My wife and I really enjoyed this wine. When we first took a sip, we could taste a nice mix of spiciness and some sweet berries. It had a soft, smooth feel, and the flavors lasted.
